When required, we will arrange for one of our generator engineers to attend your site to carry out servicing. This visit will include inspection of oils, liquids, filters, belts and hoses with replacements being fitted as and when necessary.

We also offer multi-unit and year contracts for both UPS and Gensets. These are subject to special discounts.

If in the unlikely event that your generator has a problem between services, Borri can dispatch an engineer onsite within four hours of you calling our call-centre for emergency situatuations. Our 24-hour call centre can connect you with any of our "On call" service teams for telephone or onsite support.
