Efficiency is of massive importance to Borri, with their UPS producing some of the highest and most consistent efficiency figures in the UPS market. The Three Phase range contains some of the best technology globally, which results in extremely efficient figures, with some UPS reaching 95% at certain loads.

Borri have a large and deadicated team, all of whom strive to design and develop ground breaking technology. This can be seen with their IGBT range running from 10-800kVA, the largest IGBT range globally.

Efficient Power Protection

We aim to remain at the top of the UPS market in efficiency terms. The B9600 reaches 95% efficiency, dramatically increasing their power protection while allowing power usage to remain stable. The UPS also has much more to offer in terms of efficient power usage against like-for-like UPS. Competitors UPS can lose up to 60kW of power due to heat loss potentially costing the customer thousands, not to mention the amount of power wasted per day.

Eco Projects

Borri are looking to the future with a number of new eco technology projects. Borri have recently manufactured one of the largest Solar Inverters ever produced, a huge step in terms of environmentally friendly power. Schemes and projects such as this dramatically help Borri as this has the potential to dramatically lower power usage.

The UK headquarters based in Sheffield are constantly aiming to improve their efficiency and environmental responsibility through a number of projects. Working with some of the largest trusts and organisations, Borri aim to improve both their products and the way they manage their processes.

Recycling

Borri take pride in helping the environment, whether it is recycling, or dramatically cutting the amount of wasted power at a Data Centre with their hugely efficient UPS. While they aim to do as much as they can some of the smaller projects, such as recycling, are very simple and are having a massive affect on the amount of waste Borri UK produce.

Current Projects

Borri have numerous projects underway in order to help the environment. Firstly they ensure that their UK headquarters are extremely efficient when it comes to waste. They also offer a battery returns scheme, ensuring that all the batteries they have sold are disposed of correctly. The research and development facilities are also looking to improve the UPS technology, and improve power efficiency.
